Transitional Life Coach
Our Transitional Life Coach helps pupils through key life changes, including:
- Moving between year groups
- Transitioning to secondary education
- Reintegration after absence
- Preparing for adulthood or next steps
Pupil Voice Governor
We believe that “Every pupil’s voice matters”.
Our Pupil Voice Governor ensures:
- Students’ ideas and feelings are heard at governance level
- Feedback informs decisions about school life
- Wellbeing remains a priority in school development
- Pupils actively shape their learning environment

Our Therapy Dog
Our friendly, trained therapy dog helps pupils to:
- Feel calm and emotionally supported

- Enjoy companionship in a safe and structured way
The ARK Education Barn
provides a peaceful, nurturing environment where pupils can experience animal-assisted therapy.
This offers pupils access to
- Specially trained animals who are calm, approachable, and safe for interactions
- Hands-on opportunities to care for and interact with animals
- Outdoor spaces that encourage reflection, relaxation, and connection with nature
- Activities that build empathy, responsibility, and emotional regulation
The Barn creates a therapeutic, sensory-rich environment that supports pupils who thrive through experiential learning and nature-based activities.
Lego Therapy
Lego Therapy offers a gentle, structured approach to:
- Strengthen communication skills
- Encourage teamwork and cooperation
- Practice turn-taking and problem solving
- Build social confidence in a supportive environment
Caring Support for Staff
We know that nurturing strong minds begins with caring for our staff.
TRUST provides:
- Mental Health First Aid trained colleagues
- Regular wellbeing check-ins
- Professional supervision when needed
- Open-door leadership and peer support
